SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We send all UK mainland orders by Tracked Delivery for free.

Deliveries run from Monday- Friday and don’t include weekends.

We use Tracked Delivery by Evri.    

We also offer an urgent Next Day Delivery service.  They deliver Monday to Friday.  If you place your order before 2pm on a working day, your item will be dispatched the same day and will be with you the next working day. This costs an additional £4.95, and can be added at checkout.

Please contact us if your destination country is not listed- if its in the EU we can nearly always ship there!

If you are outside of the EU but not in the countries mentioned, get in touch, we may be able to still ship to you.

 

SAME DAY DISPATCH:

We send out all orders the same day as long as payment clears before 12pm.

After this time, the order will be shipped the following working day.  Please be aware that we are lucky- we don’t work weekends!  So, if you order on Friday after 12pm or any time over the weekend, your board won’t be shipped until Monday.

If your item has not arrived within the given times, please contact us at

and we will investigate.  We use a tracked service for delivery at all times and will always be able to help with missing or undelivered items.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY:

If you would like to return your order you are free to do so within 14 days of receipt, as long as it has not been used. Just let us know within 14 days that you would like to return it, either by email to ridgeskateboards@barksgroup.com.

If you would rather exchange than refund your item please let us know what you would like to exchange for, its never normally a problem.

Please note that we cannot accept return or exchange of customised goods as they have been built especially for you.

UK Returns and refunds

If you would like to return an item please email ridgeskateboards@barksgroup.com so that we can email you a returns request form.

You can return any item that has not been used within 14 days, even if you simply change your mind. You are responsible for returning the item you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days of cancelling. Refunds will be paid no later than 14 days after returning the goods.

Items returned by post will have to be returned at your cost unless in accordance with your legal rights.

We recommend returning UK items via Collect + (http://www.collectplus.co.uk/send). Collect + provide a fast, tracked and convenient way to return items at half the rate of Royal Mail or Parcelforce. (Ridge aren't affiliated in any way with Collect+, we have just found that they are cheapest.)

International Returns and refunds

You can return any item that has not been used within 14 days, even if you simply change your mind. You are responsible for returning the item you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days of cancelling. Refunds will be paid no later than 14 days after returning the goods.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel from the moment you place your order until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If you can cancel your order before we send it we will simply refund all of the cost of your order and not send the item. If you wish to cancel after you have received the item you will have to return the item in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.
